About Brand4Market
Wendy Flanagan, President of Brand4Market, is an award-winning
NJ-based marketer and designer. Her achievements include being recognized
by NJBiz as one of NJ's 50 Best Women in Business, and induction
to the Advertising Hall of Fame of NJ. Active within the marketing
and communications industry, Flanagan has served as President of
the NJ-IABC, on the board of the NJAMA and NJAdClub, and chair of
the online B-to-B forum for the American Marketing Association.
She is currently a member of the NJAdClub and MENG.
She is also chairperson of the NJMarCom Council, Inc.
- a non-profit business organization dedicated to providing business
and networking opportunities for marketing and communications professionals
in NJ. Bi-annual events bring hundreds of attendees and result in
revenue and brand building for the participating non-profit groups.

- Strategic thinker, focusing on desired outcomes
to drive the daily activities
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in
the visioning, planning, budgeting, creation, execution and measurement
of successful marketing communications programs
- Familiarity with the development of marketing
collateral and materials (e.g., fact sheets, brochures, flash
demos, trade advertising, customer testimonials, FAQ's, etc.)
- Customer-centric focus with ability to quickly
assess customer needs and motivations, to successfully segment
and position key messages
- Thrive in writing-intensive communications roles
with demonstrated ability in creating compelling content and messaging
for internal audiences and customer base
- Experience with an array of communications vehicles
relevant for customer bases including Web, social media, blogs,
live meetings, and forums
- Experience working with external vendors and agencies,
including creative, ad and research, to support communications
programs. This includes contract negotiation and management of
start-to-finish communications or agency involvement as a component
of any individual communication
- Working knowledge of the Product Management skillset
to ensure effective relationship building
- Highly-motivated, organized, creative, self-starter
with "roll-up the sleeves" mentality, who is also flexible,
capable of multi-tasking and also possesses a discipline for creating
high quality output

the years, Wendy Flanagan is uniquely positioned to be contracted
as your in-house marketing arm for as little as one month or as
long as 18 months… championing campaign initiatives and managing
budget while building a brand that resonates with your prospects,
customers, employees, and, ultimately, investors or purchasers.
